Gradenigo played a critical role in negotiating multiyear partnership agreements valued at up to $500 million and directed a global supply chain operation with a budget of $300 million.
In addition to her corporate background, Gradenigo is also an entrepreneur. She founded Picks & Deals, growing the digital commerce business to produce over $2 million in annual affiliate sales through diverse digital channels and by developing audience engagement, brand partnerships, and revenue strategies.
