There's a new plumbing company in town. The London Ontario Plumbing Company, spearheaded by Aron Oretan, aims to keep the city's drains running smoothly.

Customer service is the top priority for The London Ontario Plumbing Company, the newest plumbing operation in the city.

The company, which started in early 2017, allows head plumber Aron Oretan to further extend his reach into the community and provide the expertise and skilled workmanship gained through more than a decade of experience in the industry.

“We’re all about high quality service,” said Oretan. “Our contractors show up on time and make the cleanliness of your home the number one priority. Next, we perform a thorough clean up and explain exactly what plumbing services we completed for you.”

Part of Oretan’s excellence in customer service comes from his tenure as a professor at London’s Fanshawe College. Having been used to explaining plumbing concepts to his students, it’s no stretch to translate that into a patient, understanding attitude with customers.

“It’s amazing how far a tiny bit of education will go. There are all sorts of home owners out there who were never taught not to flush things like cat litter, cotton balls, or feminine hygiene products, or where their emergency shut off valve is. Just understanding that can save you a lot of money and stress.”

But there’s a lot more to it than education.

“The point of all this is to leave you with peace of mind in your home,” says Oretan, “knowing that you received fast, reliable, and effective plumbing services the first time. With residential plumbing, you’re usually dealing with someone’s biggest investment, so you have to be gentle and do what you can to relieve their stress.”

The London Ontario Plumbing Company is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help with any residential plumbing needs, including installations, general repairs, and emergency plumbing services.

Brad Edwards, chief marketing strategist for the web marketing consulting agency Cloud Surfing Media, had this to say on the subject:

“Having grown up in London surrounded by the plumbing industry, I’ve seen how important it is to keep your plumbing in good working order. And given the shortage of tradespeople Ontario has currently been facing, there has never been a better time for an honest, hard working plumber with a good crew to position themselves as a strong contender in the marketplace.”
