Kevin Biniazan, Esq., the Virginia Abuse Guardian, is pleased to now be able to represent the victims of doctor sexual abuse in Newport News and nearby counties.

Garnet Valley, United States - January 24, 2024 /PressCable/ —
Kevin Biniazan, Esq. is both a name partner at Breit Biniazan and the appointed sexual abuse attorney for Abuse Guardian, a national alliance of civil defenders. It is from this trusted position that he is pleased to be expanding his reach from his home base in Virginia Beach to Newport News, and he is committed to representing any doctor sexual abuse victim in the region.

Mr. Biniazan has seen that, sadly, both the prevalence and severity of doctor sexual abuse is rising in the state, with a longitudinal study from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution finding more than 2,400 cases of doctors sexually abusing patients across all 50 states in the last 20 years. As the report summarized, “Patients reported fondling, exposure, masturbation, and rape, among other offenses, and the list of victims included children, abuse survivors, and women assaulted while under anesthesia.”
Kevin Biniazan, Esq. knows that, what is even sadder, is that rape is still the most underreported crime in America today, and he hopes to be able to break this culture of silence with his compassionate and dedicated legal services. As an experienced civil litigator and attorney, he can help any victim of doctor sexual abuse in Newport News to report and sue their abuser and the medical institution that employs them.
Because of the severity of the crime, especially for those victims of drug-facilitated rape and abuse, Mr. Biniazan advises that significant financial compensation may be available through civil litigation.
Abuse Guardian described, “Victims of doctor sexual abuse may be entitled to compensation for damages such as medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, emotional distress, and more. And, a knowledgeable lawyer like Kevin Biniazan, Esq. can help victims navigate the complicated process of seeking compensation for damages.”
Mr. Biniazan believes that, although a lawsuit cannot take away the pain of what has occurred, it both gives a victim the tools they need to start healing and to start rebuilding their life, and sends a strong condemnation of the crime they have endured, forcing an abuser to stand trial and face retribution for their actions.
In his role as the Abuse Guardian attorney for Virginia, Kevin Biniazan, Esq. has successfully brought several civil lawsuits against abusive and negligent doctors, medical professionals, psychotherapists and psychologists.
