Marrakesh, Morocco - April 7, 2017 /PressCable/ —

Pregnancy and childbirth is the most wonderful thing that can happen to a woman, and now there is a new online course called Birthing Blueprint available for women searching for more information about how to have a better birth. This course, which contains over 10-hours of video content, teaches women of all ages how to achieve pain-free birth.

More information is available at http://birthingblueprint.com.

Launched in March 2017, the Birthing Blueprint pain-free childbirth course focuses on birth philosophy and psychology. Presented by UK Mother of five Katy Attwood and experienced midwife Jo Watson, this in-depth birthing course is a complete birthing toolkit, and includes birthing affirmations and interviews that define their Six Pillars of Birthing Wisdom.

The six pillars of birthing wisdom not only include the values and beliefs that surround pregnancy and birth and a women’s mindset but they also consider how the body functions. Consequently, women learn how to bring all of these factors together to create a powerful birth and to avoid potential problems.

Overall, the Birthing Blueprint is ideal for women during pregnancy want to know more about giving birth. These women may have questions that they want answered, or they may wish to clarify information that they’ve already received. Some women experiencing pregnancy for the first-time may also feel a little confused or overwhelmed by all the information that they’ve received from family, friends, the media and medical institutions. Whatever the situation, Birthing Blueprint can help to make sense of how to give birth without pain and in an empowering way that benefits not only the woman, but also the health of their children.

Wishing to create a course that informs and empowers women, midwife Jo Watson, who has delivered more than 1000 babies, wants women around the world to feel confident when giving birth. Katy Attwood, on the other hand, believes that after giving birth four times to five children under very different circumstances – induction, cesarean, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarian), natural home water birth and the first completely natural, orgasmic and pain-free birth of twins in the UK in 40 years – that she has a wealth of knowledge to impart.

When asked about her role in the course, Watson said,”My role is as an aid to assist women in realizing their potential. It’s really all about women-centred care and listening to women who know their bodies well.”
