Chip Pirrs drops No Motion for SONO Music, the 4th single of the upcoming release Places I've Left Myself. This is indie rock doing what great indie rock does. Chip Pirrs' No Motion gives the listener a high-energy, blood-pumping anthem to move to. Built on a dynamic drum beat, this song has electricity running through it with a euro-rack synth and striking guitar riffs. This is the product of Chip and (Brooklyn) collaborator Josh Valleau hitting stride in the (The Glass Wall) studio together.

Chip Pirrs commented: "I really excited about this song. I think it's my best work so far. Ever since Josh (Valleau) and I have been working together I feel like my music has really gone to the next level. I think this song is fit for a major motion picture action scene. That's the type of energy I get from this song. Really gets me going".

Artist Bio

Artist and songwriter Chip Pirrs knows a thing or two about creating energetic music, including his most recent single, No Motion, which serves as a fantastic example of his sound and artistry. Born in Indianapolis, but based in New York, the artist has a diverse background, and he is all about creating engaging soundscapes and relatable melodies. In addition to the personable and edgy performance value found in his music, Chip's sound is also quite distinctive because of the sheer quality of the production.

The sound quality on his recent album is quite punchy and very detail-oriented, making for a lively, edgy, and stark sonic approach. In other words, there are many subtle nuances in his music, which really add to the richness of the release when summed up together. From the moment you hit that play button, you will immediately find yourself transported into a whole new world of sound and creativity. Chip's work might remind listeners of artists such as Radiohead, Alt J, Nine Inch Nails, Massive Attack, Animal Collective, and many more, but it also features a one-of-a-kind style, which highlights Chip Pirrs' personality.
