Christian Kirk will miss the 49ers’ Monday Night Football matchup with the Commanders after the team changed the wide receiver’s status from questionable to out. San Francisco also announced that linebacker Jalen Graham and receiver Malik Turner were being elevated for the game.

A calf injury had put Kirk on injured reserve at the start of the season. The team has opened his 21-day window to return to practice, but he remains unavailable for the matchup.

Graham is expected to take Garret Wallow’s place on special teams while Wallow deals with a hamstring injury. Graham has appeared in 15 career games, none this season, logging 220 snaps on special teams and 38 on defense.

Turner provides receiving depth with Deebo Samuel ruled out because of a hamstring injury. In his only appearance this season, Turner played 17 snaps on special teams against the Broncos.
