Bills beat Ravens 36-10 as Brady sets standard for defense
Buffalo held Baltimore to 144 yards after its bye week, improving to 6-1 as Ravens quarterbacks Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley left injured.

Buffalo head coach Joe Brady said the Bills should make their defensive approach against Baltimore the standard going forward after a 36-10 victory improved their record to 6-1. The Ravens managed 144 yards against a unit that had focused on improvement during its bye week.
Brady said his expectations centered on how the defenders played together rather than their statistics. In comments carried by the team’s website, he highlighted their communication, movement and effort for one another, saying they had responded to the challenges set during the break and sustained that response throughout the game.
The Bills entered the bye having conceded an average of 28.5 points across their first six games of the 2026 season. Limiting Baltimore to 10 points marked an improvement as Buffalo resumed play.
Baltimore also faced disruptions at quarterback. Injuries forced both Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley out of the game, leaving undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano to make his first NFL appearance.
