Washington receiver Treylon Burks and tight end John Bates are available against Philadelphia after both carried questionable injury designations. Burks had been listed with a foot injury, while Bates was dealing with a shoulder injury.

Burks has played five games this season, recording nine catches for 152 yards and two touchdowns. Bates has appeared in six games and has five catches totaling 27 yards.

The Eagles have made three quarterbacks active, leaving none designated for the emergency third-quarterback role. Several Philadelphia players are dealing with injuries, and only one of the team's inactive players is a healthy scratch.

Washington's inactive list includes defensive tackles Javon Kinlaw and Daron Payne, along with guard Tanoa Togiai. Quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis and cornerbacks Isaac Yiadom and Fabian Moreau are also inactive.

Philadelphia's unavailable receivers are Britain Covey, DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks. The Eagles also have offensive lineman Jake Majors, cornerback Jonathan Jones and linebacker Jihaad Campbell on their inactive list.
