Colorado loses fifth straight as Oklahoma State wins 57-24
The Buffaloes were shut out after halftime, leaving coach Deion Sanders questioning why the team's discipline was not carrying over to games.

Colorado's losing streak reached five games with a 57-24 defeat to Oklahoma State, prompting head coach Deion Sanders to question his team's discipline on the field. The Buffaloes held a 24-23 halftime advantage before Oklahoma State scored 34 unanswered points in the second half.
In postgame comments reported by USA Today's Brent Schrotenboer, Sanders said players met the program's expectations in academics, punctuality, uniforms and behavior around the building. He said he did not understand why that discipline failed to carry over at critical points in games.
The defeat also raised the possibility of another quarterback switch. Kaneal Sweetwyne took over from Isaac Wilson, who had supplanted Julian Lewis in September.
Sanders' fourth season in charge began with victories over Georgia Tech and Weber State. Colorado remains without a road win in the Big 12 since 2024, and its record against teams from Power Four conferences stands at 2-15 since December 2024.
