Indianapolis is willing to consider a trade involving running back Jonathan Taylor as the NFL's Nov. 10 deadline approaches, according to sources cited by ESPN and NFL Network. The reports said Taylor met with team owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon to discuss his future and the direction of the Colts.

Taylor has not requested a trade. Speaking on Oct. 29, he said he had heard nothing about a potential deal and remained proud to play for Indianapolis, according to comments shared by Mike Chappell of Fox59/CBS4 Sports. Taylor also said any trade decision was outside his control.

Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer reported on Oct. 30 that Indianapolis would seek a substantial return for Taylor. Breer noted that the running back had signed a two-year extension.

The Colts have already traded Pro Bowl guard Quenton Nelson and Pro Bowl defensive tackle DeForest Buckner. Those deals brought Indianapolis a third-round selection in 2027, a fourth-round selection in 2027 and a fifth-round selection in 2028.
