NBC’s Sunday night broadcast of the Cowboys-Packers game attracted 24.656 million viewers, according to Nielsen figures. The audience rose above 20 million after two consecutive Sunday night games averaged below that mark.

The ratings came despite a game in which Green Bay held a sizable advantage. The Packers were ahead 17-0 at halftime, and their lead stayed at two scores or more after reaching 10-0 during the second quarter.

NBC reported that viewership reached its high of 28.7 million between 9:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. ET.

The next Sunday night game has the Seahawks hosting the 5-0 Chiefs. The matchup will bring Super Bowl LX MVP Kenneth Walker III back to Seattle.
