Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow can become the third player at his position in NFL history to throw four touchdowns without an interception in three consecutive games if he repeats that performance against the Titans, according to NBC Sports research.

Burrow reached those marks in Cincinnati’s two most recent victories: a 31-24 result against the Dolphins in Week 5 and a 35-13 win against the Ravens in Week 6. The Bengals opened 2026 with two victories, followed by two defeats, before winning their next two games.

Aaron Rodgers first achieved the three-game streak with the Packers in 2016. Matthew Stafford matched it for the Rams in 2025, NBC Sports research found.

Cincinnati has won four of its five meetings with Tennessee, including their 2021 postseason matchup. Another victory would put the Bengals second in the AFC North unless the Browns-Steelers game ends in a tie. That outcome would leave both rivals at 5-2-1, while a Cincinnati win would make the Bengals 5-2.
