Indianapolis will have running back Jonathan Taylor available against the Jaguars in Jacksonville despite reports that the team has increased discussions about trading him. The Colts enter the game at 2-5.

Wide receiver Josh Downs is also available after requesting a trade. He is playing the final year of his current contract. Indianapolis has already dealt guard Quenton Nelson and defensive tackle DeForest Buckner.

In contrast, Arizona kept wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. out of its lineup before completing a trade that sent him to the Texans.
