Raskin happy at Rangers but uncertain about longer-term future
The Belgium midfielder's contract expires in May 2028, while manager Derek McInnes has indicated he would welcome working with him beyond that.

Nicolas Raskin says he is content to remain at Rangers after a possible summer departure did not happen, but the 25-year-old midfielder has given no indication that he will extend his contract. Asked about a new deal, he said the decision rested with the club.
In comments reported by Sky Sports, Raskin said he had considered pursuing another challenge after playing for Belgium at the World Cup. He stressed that he had not pushed to leave and credited Rangers with helping him reach the national team. Rangers rejected several offers from Besiktas late in the transfer window.
Manager Derek McInnes said he leaves contract negotiations to Rangers, Raskin and the player's agent. He would welcome the chance to continue working with the midfielder, while acknowledging that Raskin could have ambitions elsewhere. McInnes said any potential move would need to appeal to both player and club.
Raskin arrived from Standard Liege in January 2023 and has made 156 appearances for Rangers in all competitions. He scored in their latest league outing, a 2-2 draw against Dundee. Rangers have recorded five wins and one draw across their past six Scottish Premiership games.
