Cleveland managed only 7 total yards and one first down in the opening quarter, reaching 46 total yards by halftime. Deshaun Watson was 3-of-9 for 24 yards and was sacked three times. Jerry Jeudy accounted for two catches and 23 yards.
Huntley finished the half 14-of-21 for 107 yards and a touchdown, adding 22 yards on three rushing attempts. Derrick Henry gained 41 yards across 11 carries.
A shoulder injury left Ravens receiver Rashod Bateman questionable to return, while Browns safety Grant Delpit was ruled out with a concussion. Cleveland was due to receive the kickoff after halftime.
