Real Madrid reportedly plan Ramon buyback amid Premier League interest
Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal have been linked with the Como defender, whose return to Madrid could cost less than £7.7 million (€9 million).

Real Madrid plan to re-sign Como defender Jacobo Ramon in 2027 by exercising a buyback option, according to Matteo Moretto, as reports link three Premier League clubs with the 21-year-old.
Moretto said the fee would be slightly below £7.7 million (€9 million). Whether Madrid would keep Ramon in their squad or seek to sell him remains unclear.
Ramon joined Como from Madrid in the summer of 2025 for £2.1 million (€2.5 million). The deal covered only 50% of the Spain Under-21 international’s economic rights. He has since established himself as a regular starter for Cesc Fabregas.
The Hard Tackle, citing CaughtOffside, reported that Chelsea have monitored Ramon for several months as a possible addition to Xabi Alonso’s three-man defense. He could join a longer-term defensive group with Levi Colwill and Josh Acheampong. Chelsea could intensify their pursuit after Maxence Lacroix’s injury.
TuttoMercatoWeb also linked Manchester United and Arsenal with Ramon. It reported that United were impressed by his Champions League display against Michael Carrick’s team, when the defender scored in Como’s 4-1 victory.
