Tottenham weighing another Ben Davies extension, report says
The 33-year-old defender signed a one-year extension in June and has scored in each of his two competitive appearances this season.

Tottenham Hotspur hope to open discussions with Ben Davies and his representatives about another contract extension in the coming months, according to Football Insider. A further 12-month agreement would take the defender's stay to June 2028.
The report says both parties are willing to review the situation toward the season's end before deciding whether to agree new terms. Davies is reportedly content with his playing role, while Tottenham want to retain him if he continues contributing.
Head coach Roberto De Zerbi is reported to regard Davies' experience and leadership as potentially important to Tottenham's efforts to move up the Premier League standings. Davies has scored against Charlton in August and Coventry City in a 3-1 victory, his only two competitive outings this season.
The Wales international joined Tottenham from Swansea City in July 2014 and is now in his 13th season with the club. Tottenham's longest-serving player, he has appeared more than 350 times for Spurs and collected 104 Wales caps. He signed his current extension after making just five appearances across all competitions last season.
