Travis Kelce needs 35 yards to pass Tony Gonzalez's tight end record
The Chiefs tight end also needs three receptions against the Seahawks to reach fifth place on the NFL's regular-season career catches list.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce enters the matchup against the Seahawks needing 35 receiving yards to overtake Tony Gonzalez for the NFL career yardage record at the position when playoff games are included. Kelce has 15,379 yards, while Gonzalez finished his career with 15,413.
The two players' totals differ sharply in their postseason contributions. Kelce has recorded 13,301 yards during regular-season games and 2,078 in the playoffs. Gonzalez retired with 15,127 regular-season yards and another 286 from playoff appearances.
Kelce also has an opportunity to climb the NFL's career receptions rankings for regular-season games. His 1,100 catches put him seventh, behind Cris Carter at 1,101 and Marvin Harrison at 1,102. Three receptions against Seattle would move Kelce past both players into fifth place.
Only four players have finished with more than Harrison's 1,102 regular-season catches: Jerry Rice with 1,549, Larry Fitzgerald with 1,432, Gonzalez with 1,325 and Jason Witten with 1,228.
