Right guard Vega Ioane is expected to return for the Ravens against the Jaguars on Thursday night, while safety Jaylinn Hawkins will miss the home matchup because of a knee injury.

A knee injury kept Ioane out of the loss to the Bills. He participated fully in Wednesday’s practice, his second consecutive day without limitations, and carries no injury designation for the Jacksonville game.

The Ravens will start undrafted rookie quarterback Joe Fagnano. Lamar Jackson, who has a thumb injury, and Tyler Huntley, who has a toe injury, have both been ruled out and are headed for injured reserve.

Baltimore is also finalizing a deal with the Cardinals to acquire quarterback Jacoby Brissett. He will not arrive in time to be available for Thursday’s game.

Cornerback Nate Wiggins is questionable with a stinger and an illness. Running back Adam Randall, who has a neck injury, also has a questionable designation and must be activated from injured reserve before he can play against Jacksonville.
