West Ham reportedly agree deal for Scott Parker to replace Nuno
The former West Ham midfielder could take charge against Cardiff City after Nuno Espirito Santo's dismissal.

Scott Parker has reached an agreement to become West Ham United's head coach, according to The Athletic, following the dismissal of Nuno Espirito Santo. West Ham announced Nuno's departure after consecutive losses to Southampton and West Bromwich Albion.
The Athletic's report indicated that Parker could be on the touchline for the Championship match at Cardiff City. West Ham's statement had suggested that Mark Noble, Steve Potts and Gerard Prenderville would take charge of that fixture.
Noble is also reportedly being considered for a role on Parker's coaching staff. Parker has been without a managerial job since leaving Burnley in April, having spent nearly two seasons there.
A former West Ham midfielder, Parker won the club's player of the year award three times. Across a managerial career spanning 260 games, he has taken Fulham, Bournemouth and Burnley up from the Championship.
West Ham are eighth in the Championship, six points adrift of leaders Middlesbrough. After the Cardiff trip, their next opponents are Blackburn Rovers, Preston North End and Portsmouth.
