A rib injury has left Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown’s availability uncertain for the game against the Dolphins. The team listed him as questionable after he participated on a limited basis in practice for three consecutive days.

St. Brown has played without missing a game since 2023. He is among three Lions players carrying questionable designations for the matchup, along with running backs Jacob Saylors and Sione Vaki.

Detroit will be without center Cade Mays because of an ankle injury, cornerback D.J. Reed because of a hip injury and defensive end DJ Wonnum because of a concussion. Each missed the entire week of practice. A neck injury also rules linebacker Jack Campbell out.

Safety Kerby Joseph completed another practice week but will stay on injured reserve with a knee injury. Saylors is dealing with a neck injury and Vaki with an ankle injury, potentially reducing the Lions’ backfield options behind Jahmyr Gibbs.
