Azeez Al-Shaair, Dalton Schultz and Trent Brown resumed practicing for the Texans after missing the previous session, leaving four of the seven players who had been absent still sidelined. Brown participated fully, while Al-Shaair and Schultz had limited workloads.

Al-Shaair, a linebacker, has a knee injury, and tight end Schultz is dealing with a quad issue. Brown, an offensive tackle, has a wrist injury. The four players still out were safeties Reed Blankenship (concussion/hand) and Jalen Pitre (shoulder), offensive tackle Blake Fisher (thumb) and running back David Montgomery (groin).
