Bournemouth and Brentford are considering a possible move for Fiorentina defender Eddy Kouadio, according to Tuttomercatoweb. The 20-year-old is spending the season on loan at Monza, where he has made 10 competitive appearances, starting nine of them.

Kouadio completed his youth development at Fiorentina and made his professional debut in August 2025. He played seven more times for the club that season before moving to Monza during the summer transfer window to join Ivan Juric's squad.

Italy coach Roberto Mancini has also called Kouadio into the national squad. The defender, however, did not play in any of Italy's opening four UEFA Nations League fixtures.

Both English clubs have previously recruited defenders from Italian teams. Bournemouth bought Dean Huijsen from Juventus in 2024 for an initial £12.6 million, then sold him to Real Madrid for £50 million a year later. Brentford signed Michael Kayode from Fiorentina in the summer of 2025.
