Alex Scott ruled out against Leeds as Bournemouth weigh return timing
Marco Rose says the midfielder could feature against Ipswich, but Bournemouth may wait until after the November international break.

Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott will miss Saturday’s home match against Leeds United, with head coach Marco Rose yet to decide whether he will play before the November international break. Rose said a return against Ipswich Town remained possible, but questioned whether that would be the right timing.
Scott has been absent for six competitive matches after injuring his thigh during England’s 7-0 UEFA Nations League victory over Croatia. Speaking at his Thursday press conference, Rose said Scott was working on the pitch without problems but had not resumed team training.
Rose expected him to join team sessions within the next couple of days. He said Bournemouth would assess whether to include Scott in a squad before the break or allow him more recovery time.
Bournemouth have three fixtures before the international window. After Leeds, they play Sparta Prague in the Europa League and then visit Ipswich at Portman Road. They beat Aston Villa 3-0 in the EFL Cup fourth round on Wednesday.
Alex Toth is also unavailable with a hamstring injury sustained during the 3-0 Europa League win over AC Milan. Julian Araujo has yet to play this season as he recovers from thigh surgery.
Junior Kroupi is available again following substitute outings against Manchester United and Aston Villa. Rose said he needed more playing time before being ready to start.
