Jerry Jeudy has expressed frustration about fewer opportunities in Cleveland’s offense in 2026, while saying he remains committed to contributing when needed. The Browns receiver described encouragement from quarterback Deshaun Watson to maintain his focus despite the smaller role.

In remarks reported by Dan Labbe of Cleveland.com, Jeudy said Watson had told him his contributions would be needed in some games. Jeudy said he had responded by continuing to work and staying focused.

Rookies KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston now lead the receiving depth chart, displacing Jeudy after two years in which he was frequently Cleveland’s leading option. Jeudy caught two passes from five targets across the opening three weeks. His participation increased during the following three weeks, with late receptions contributing to victories against Pittsburgh and Baltimore.

His reduced role has also prompted speculation about a trade before the deadline. Jeudy acknowledged seeing that discussion but would not disclose any talks he may have had with the Browns, saying he was taking each day as it comes.
