The Patriots face uncertainty over the availability of A.J. Brown and running back TreVeyon Henderson for their Week 8 game against the Dolphins. Head coach Mike Vrabel told reporters Friday that both players would be listed as questionable.

Brown, who has ankle and knee injuries, missed Thursday’s practice. Multiple reporters also did not see him during Friday’s session while it was open to the media.

Vrabel said Brown had been unable to complete Wednesday’s practice and was continuing to receive treatment. The coach said a decision would follow another assessment, but offered no indication of whether the injury could lead to a longer absence.

Henderson’s designation is due to an illness. Linebacker Christian Elliss, who has a chest injury, will also be listed as questionable for the Dolphins matchup.
