Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and receiver CeeDee Lamb dismissed speculation about a possible George Pickens trade ahead of the NFL's Nov. 10 deadline at 4:00 p.m. ET. Both players expressed support for their teammate in comments to reporters.

Prescott said he did not believe the trade rumors, according to CBS Sports reporter Garrett Podell. He praised Pickens for carrying out his assignments, including blocking and running routes to draw defenders away, even when he is not receiving passes.

Lamb also questioned the speculation. He said his conversations with Pickens focused on being prepared for opportunities and returning to practice with the same approach regardless of what happened in the previous game.

Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones has said Pickens should receive more passes. Through the season's first eight games, the receiver had 39 receptions, 533 yards and two touchdowns.

Dallas, at 3-5, faces the 2-6 Indianapolis Colts before the deadline. Pickens is scheduled for free agency in March 2027 after Dallas used the franchise tag to retain his rights for 2026.
