Bournemouth reportedly hold early talks over Andres Gomez move
The Colombia winger is under contract at Vasco da Gama until 2031, but TEAMtalk says Bournemouth are expected to make a winter offer.

Bournemouth have begun discussions about a possible move for Vasco da Gama winger Andres Gomez, according to TEAMtalk. The club is reportedly considering another signing from the Brazilian side after recruiting Rayan in January.
TEAMtalk reported that Bournemouth's interest is serious and that an offer is expected during the winter transfer window. The recruitment team reportedly sees similarities between Gomez and Rayan, with a belief that Gomez could cost less than Rayan's €35 million (£29.3 million) fee despite his contract running until 2031.
Rayan has recorded nine goals alongside two assists across 29 competitive outings for Bournemouth. Gomez, meanwhile, has contributed eight goals plus six assists over 49 competitive games for Vasco this season.
Gomez started his senior career at Millonarios in Colombia, then spent 18 months at MLS club Real Salt Lake. He registered 15 goals alongside 15 assists over 65 games before joining Rennes, where his 19 appearances produced three goals.
The right-footed attacker moved to Vasco on loan for a season in August 2025, with the transfer made permanent in January. At international level, he has scored twice across 11 appearances for Colombia and played in two of the team's three friendlies during the latest international break.
