Breece Hall practices fully as Jets weigh backfield workload
Hall says he is ready to face the Chiefs after missing five games because of a quad injury.

The Jets could have Breece Hall available against the Chiefs after the running back completed his first full practice since sustaining a quad injury. Hall, who has missed five games, said afterward that he was ready for the matchup.
His return would come as Braelon Allen follows a season-best 147-yard performance against the Raiders. At his Thursday news conference, offensive coordinator Frank Reich described Hall as the lead option but said the Jets would use both backs.
Reich said some plays were assigned specifically to one back or the other. How the workload is divided, including whether the team leans on whoever is performing better, would be determined during the game, he said.
Full participation also resumed for five teammates: linebackers Joseph Ossai (ankle), Demario Davis (rest) and David Bailey (groin), along with tight end Mason Taylor (neck) and safety VJ Payne (knee).
Three players still did not practice: wide receiver Garrett Wilson (concussion), defensive lineman Harrison Phillips (ankle) and linebacker Trevin Wallace (groin).
