Campbell says Lions must capitalize on chances against Packers
Green Bay enters the matchup in Detroit at 4-2 after consecutive wins, with Jordan Love’s deep passing drawing Campbell’s attention.

Lions head coach Dan Campbell said Detroit must be ready for a high-scoring contest against Green Bay, stressing the need to take advantage of opportunities rather than expect to keep the Packers’ offense quiet.
Green Bay recorded 54 points and 746 yards across victories over the Bears and Cowboys, committing just one turnover. Those results lifted the Packers to 4-2 heading into the game in Detroit.
Campbell singled out quarterback Jordan Love’s ability to deliver deep passes to Christian Watson and Matthew Golden. The receivers have combined for 59 catches, 1,039 yards and nine touchdowns this season. Campbell said Detroit would need to produce more plays than Green Bay and capitalize when chances arise to swing the game.
Detroit’s defense performed well against the Cardinals in Week 5 before its bye. Green Bay won both meetings with the Lions last season, and another defeat would leave Detroit further back in fourth place.
