The Chargers head into their matchup against the Rams with receivers Ladd McConkey and Tre’ Harris set to play, but safety Derwin James will miss the game because of a hamstring injury.

McConkey no longer has an injury designation after participating fully in three practices. He sustained a concussion against the Chiefs in Week 6 and recovered following Los Angeles’ Week 7 bye. His 13 receptions and 200 receiving yards rank second on the team in 2026.

Harris also had his injury designation removed. A hamstring problem limited his participation in practices on Wednesday and Thursday before he took part fully on Friday.

Also ruled out were defensive back Deane Leonard with a concussion, guard Kayode Awosika with a fibula injury and receiver Brenen Thompson with quad/hamstring injuries. Cornerbacks Donte Jackson and Rodney Shelley each have hamstring injuries and carry questionable designations for the Rams game.
