Baltimore is signing quarterback Kedon Slovis from Green Bay’s practice squad for a place on its 53-man roster, according to Tom Pelissero of Netflix. The move comes with three Ravens quarterbacks dealing with injuries ahead of a home game against the Jaguars on Thursday night.

Lamar Jackson’s right thumb injury has ruled him out indefinitely. The injury report listed Tyler Huntley as a non-participant because of a toe problem, while an ankle injury left Joe Fagnano limited.

Slovis, 25, already has a coaching connection in Baltimore. Ravens quarterbacks coach Israel Woolfork coached him at the same position with the Cardinals last season.

Arizona was also where Slovis made his professional debut last season. He played in two games and threw only two passes. Baltimore has separately added another quarterback, Austin Reed, to its practice squad.
