Hull City will be without midfielder Matt Crooks for their Premier League visit to Arsenal after he collected his fifth yellow card of the season during a 2-2 home draw against Ipswich Town.

The 32-year-old replaced John Egan at halftime with Hull trailing 1-0. He was booked on the hour for a challenge on Florentino Luis. Having reached five cautions before the 19-game cutoff, Crooks must serve a one-match ban.

His four earlier bookings came against Manchester United, Chelsea, Newcastle United and Everton. Hull avoided another suspension for the Arsenal fixture when Oli McBurnie, who has four yellow cards, finished the Ipswich game without a further caution.

Crooks started five of Hull's opening seven league fixtures, with a thigh injury keeping him out against Coventry City and Aston Villa. He remained on the bench throughout the 1-1 draw against Brentford before appearing as a substitute against Ipswich.

Tim Iroegbunam and Regan Slater are expected to form Hull's midfield partnership at the Emirates. Darko Gyabi, Lucas Gourna-Douath and Eliot Matazo are sidelined by injuries, although Gyabi and Gourna-Douath are expected back at some point in November.
