Fulham will host Crystal Palace in the EFL Cup fourth round with a chance to make consecutive quarter-final appearances for the first time in 26 years. Victory at Craven Cottage would also give them a third last-eight berth in four seasons.

Palace ended Fulham's run in last season's quarter-finals, winning 3-0. Fulham also reached that stage in 2023-24.

Alvaro Arbeloa's team advanced past AFC Wimbledon and West Ham United to set up another meeting with London opposition. They enter the tie following successive Premier League wins against Hull City and Coventry City.

Fulham's previous consecutive quarter-final appearances came in 1999-2000 and December 2000. They defeated Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 before losing to Leicester City on penalties in the first campaign. In the next, they eliminated Derby County before Liverpool beat them with three unanswered extra-time goals.

Arbeloa said at his pre-match press conference that Sander Berge had improved after illness. Ryan Sessegnon remains unavailable as he serves the second match of a three-game suspension.
