LaFleur hopeful about Parsons practicing next week
Green Bay can open a three-week practice window for the linebacker, who is recovering from a torn ACL suffered in December 2025.

Micah Parsons could be back at Packers practice next week, coach Matt LaFleur indicated on October 27. The linebacker is still on the reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list following an ACL tear on December 14, 2025.
Asked whether Parsons would practice the following week, LaFleur replied, “I sure hope so,” ESPN’s Rob Demovsky reported. Demovsky noted that the coach had answered the same question negatively on previous occasions.
Green Bay has the option of starting Parsons’ three-week practice window at any point. When that window closes, the Packers must either add him to their 53-man roster or put him back on the PUP list. The latter would mean he could not play for the remainder of the season.
The Packers are 4-3 heading into a Thursday night home matchup with the Panthers. They then play the Patriots and Vikings, with their bye falling in Week 11. A Week 12 road game against the Rams follows, marking the NFL’s first Thanksgiving Eve game.
